I get the feeling that I've found another undead I shouldn't trust. I will do what he asks for now, but his hesitation is unnerving. The Argent Crusade even stand around him and he is still so bold. I hope they keep doing a good job of healing the Plaguelands, and one day that we see it at its full glory. I feel dirty gathering this grass for him, that may also be because it is plagued grass but that is besides the point. I wonder if he will show his true colors like the others did. I don't feel bad killing the Alliance, I do however feel a little bad about killing the dog, he did make it easier seeing as he already had a cute little fox in its mouth. Killing the foxes is probably my least favorite part about it, they are just wandering the woods doing fox things, and all of a sudden me and hunters come along. Maybe I can get away with pretending I killed the foxes and use the already dead ones as proof. If I could have a water elemental fox I would! We would have the cutest little water snuggles! I was supposed to check to make sure the Scarlet Crusade were dead, but oh my. Purple flames still emanate from their bodies what has happened to them? I knew they were bad and deserved death for their prejudice and killings but this? Whatever this is, I dare not get to close in case it is contagious, It doesn't look like the undeads work either. I will have to check back with them and see what happened here. I also may have my water elemental give me a bath just in case. Being this close could be a bad thing, it wouldn't be the first time undead sent me into an area that should be deadly to me. I was told nothing, I shouldn't have expected much else but foolishly I did. Now instead I am going to be putting more plague into the Plaguelands, and killing farmers. At least the farmers are supposed to be soldiers in disguise but we will see, we do need to get the Alliance out of the Plaguelands, they are way too close to Undercity. From here they could easily attack but I didn't think adding more plague was the best idea. It isn't my call, I'm sorry Argent Crusade... you will have some more cleaning to do... They may not like me very much after this. They did not seem like soldiers in disguise, I'm pretty sure they were throwing shoes at me, I don't know where they got the extra shoes from but I'm pretty sure one of them threw at least three shoes at me. I doubt this farm will ever look the same after the plague is done with it and I should probably take another bath... The ground shook for miles, what did they put in that stuff the barrels were pretty small for that size of explosion! At least I didn't completely hurt my chances with the Argent Crusade, their missions seems to be more of what I actually want to be doing. Helping. I will probably be cleaning up the mess I literally just made, but at least they aren't going to have me spread more plague.
I doubt Field Agent Kaartish will be happy to see me but at least I will be doing something good for a change. I wonder when Koltira will call for me. I hope I am still in the area when he does, I am tense just thinking about their final battle I wonder how he is feeling...

So its not realistic that you would catch multiple fish with a normal fishing pole, you would have to do that one at a time (unless one fish maybe ate a smaller fish or something weird like that), now if we had a super advanced two in one fishing pole and net that could work. So my thought is why only have it so we can catch one fish at a time and how can we work around that logic to make it make sense to catch more than one fish. Granted it is a magical world so I think it only needs a little bit of logic to make it work (and maybe some Goblin engineering, it would probably have a chance of exploding then too but I'd take the risk!). We could have a super cool fishing pole that shots out a net at the end and allows us to catch more than one fish at one time. I think this would be really cool for those farming fishing for various different foods, but it would also probably look pretty cool too. What I really like about this idea is that it wouldn't be so, so long to catch the necessary fish. At this point the game has 800 crafting levels in every profession (which is like 5 professions if you are like me and get all of them) that is a lot on new characters I don't even really consider leveling fishing or archeology anymore because it just gets to be too much. I think having a crazy fishing pole with net would be a pretty cool idea to help with this process and would just be neat over all. Maybe after a certain level you could use this but would have to get your fishing level up to that point normally, that way it would be a reward for your hard work. Either way I think it would be pretty cool, and if Goblins made it, it would have an extra element of danger to the fishing process!
He said they've been asking for me by name, can you believe it me? I thought I was doing a pretty good job out here but I still can't believe it! Maybe this is when I will actually meet Lady Sylvanas, I've wanted to meet her my whole life, even when others were not as fond of her. Not who I was hoping for but not as bad either. He used to be a Blood Elf, I suppose to a certain extent he still is, at least he isn't as decayed as the rest. The Behemoths are disgusting, who even has enough time and effort to put them together. I've seen the guards in Undercity but seeing these ones run around, is a whole new sight... Not only do I have to fight them but I also have to fight the Alliance here trying to fight us. We won this place, they should just leave us be. That was a lot of skeletons, they ran around aimlessly at least, and didn't hit very hard. They may have been using other creatures bones to attack me. The grenades that I was given were rather useful here. Their radius was large large enough to hit so many skeletons at once! If only I could kill that many things at once all the time, helping the people of Azeroth would just breeze right by! I came here as quickly as I could! It must have been an error with the messenger, because I left straight away. I wasn't about to tell Koltira that though, he has already witness death to be brought back as a very cold but powerful undead, I doubt he would have time for my complaints. A part of me still wanted to tell him anyways but not now. Right now I have to save the city Andorhal is still under attack and a powerful Lich has come from Scholomance, with a very menacing guard. You could cut the tension with a butter knife. They stood there talking both softly and sternly. They may not be brothers by blood but they have been bonded as brothers by something much greater, death. It comes for us all but these two were given a second chance, one that it seems no one takes lightly. I wouldn't have dared to say anything but Koltira wanted to make sure we were very clear on that. I cannot imagine what it would feel like to know you have to fight your own kin. I wonder how this day will end. I have only just gotten here and I am already being sent away. Koltira is letting his brotherly loyalties get in the way of his tactics. There is nothing I can do to change him mind. I cannot help but wonder how this fight will end. Will Koltira be the one to walk off the battle field or will Thassarian? Or will their allegiances lie with neither the Horde or Alliance and instead with each other? We shall see, for now I must help elsewhere.
Maybe at the final battle I will meet the Dark Lady. One day... I of course had the Mesmer inspired gloves done a long time ago but recently I decided they needed some friends and went about making a bunch of other ones too. The Mesmer is my favorite class and I've been in love with them since before beta, (when I saw the pistol trailer). Being illusive and shattering into a bunch of butterflies is cool, and pretty unique. It is big part of why I loved the Mesmer so much. They are very different from any other class I've played! The Guardian is probably my third favorite class. I really like Guardian for PvP, plus they reminded me of my Paladin which was nice because when I started playing Guild Wars 2 I had stopped playing World of Warcraft (Cataclysm era yuck :P, it got way too over hyped for me & I ended up really disliking it because of that). I like that the Guardian can do a bunch of different things, DPS, Support, Bunker and it is very good at all of those things. I do think with Heart of Thorns they did make the classes more even in being good at all of these things but the Guardians being able to use a longbow really made me excited to play them in a whole new way (I'm not much of a melee person, I like my ranged characters), it gave me the max range Guardian something I didn't know I was looking for but definitely needed! Engineer is probably my 4th favorite class, it is really hard for me to ranked them though because I have a little love for all of them (except Warriors, I just don't find them fun... they are kind of boring and sluggish feeling to me but they are the only class I dislike which is saying something). I like going around on my Engineer and doing quests and whatnot, I think what I really like about the Engineer is the turrets. It is like I have these mechanical pets that don't move but help me do the damages! I also found a new love for farming with the Engineer now that I have the Autopicking up Mastery (my goodness I love that thing, feels good man, feels good). My first Character in World of Warcraft was the Hunter, so playing the Ranger in Guild Wars 2 brings a similar feeling to those good memories. I like being able to have a pet and my Ranger is my only Azura so it has extra value as my pets are normally the same size as me (I think its funny). I also like to name my scarier pets ridiculously cute names (my Smokescale is name Snuggledoodle, those things are the stuff of nightmares but somehow with that name it is super cute and cuddly XD). The last one I've made so far is inspired by the Thief, I like the Thieves agility but I am not very good at them. I don't know, I just don't seem to have that killer instinct (I'm not very good at my rogue either, I kind of just button mash >.> <.<). I do like being able to get across and entire map in like 2 seconds though (an exaggeration but dang they are really fast). I also like popping in and out of stealth and confusing people, but when it comes to killing them that is another story, I am much better at running away...
I am still working on making a Necromancer and an Elementalist set. I haven't worked out how to make the Revenant or Warrior ones yet but I plan to make those at some point :). I am excited about how these ones came out and may do some more testing on a couple of them, but over all I am pretty happy with them! The button takes you to the Etsy listing for those interested in it :). I do compare my MMO's a lot and this is no different. I do think that they can take different things from each other and incorporate them into their games to make them even better (still holding out for pet battles in Guild Wars 2, I would love that so much!). But for World of Warcraft I would love it if you could use the Trading Post from anywhere, especially during flightpaths. That would be so much more convenient than having to go to a major city and would give you something to do on flightpaths. I know I could just fly myself to place instead of taking flight paths but some places are far away and I look like I'm drunk flying all the time because I'm not really paying attention XD. I'm sure this would be nice to DPS waiting in dungeon and raid ques too, or when waiting on someone afk in the group. I feel like there are a lot of different scenarios that this would be so nice for and if they did the little things it could drastically improve the game. With having a lot of this unnecessary grindy stuff I feel like I am starting to see the games age because that isn't as much of a thing in newer games and while I am all for a World of Warcraft 2, there is still so much I have to do in WoW still! I'd just like to do more of it without having to wait to do these other things. Right now going to the trading post is kind of a begrudging task for me because I am spoiled by Guild Wars 2 where I just pop it open and sell stuff whenever I want, and I love that (especially since I am a bit ADD literally, they tried to give me medications when I was younger & I just didn't like them) it allows me to do all of the things I am thinking about at one time, and that feels good for and I'm sure it would be nice for others as well!
This is probably one of my favorite things in Guild Wars 2, I know it is a little thing but all of the little things they do add up to a lot of extra time actually playing the game verses waiting for something to finish. Basically if you are making something in bulk the process speeds up a lot, so the first couple will be slower but after you hit a certain point the speed of the process will sky rocket, and I'm not really sure why World of Warcraft couldn't/wouldn't do this. With the almost 300 Ghost Iron I have it would normally takes awhile (I normally just afk during this time). I know others aren't as patient and won't want to do extra things like this because they are even more grindy (like my boyfriend, when an expansion comes out he will play WoW for a couple of months than be done because everything is too grindy for him). A lot of games are evolving to have things be more efficient and I think WoW could still have a really long life ahead of it so it seems like it maybe a good trend to hop on! The little things like this add up, and can make tasks more fun!
5/31/2017 0 Comments Overwatch Inspired Gamer GlovesThis is Tracer's core that allows her to teleport with the jacket colors in the background. Tracer is a pretty well known character, and she is one of the first characters that I watched someone play before trying Overwatch myself (I did not watch very long as her warping all over made it hard for me lol). While playing she can be a really fun character for the person playing her and a pretty annoying character for those playing against her. Altogether she is a pretty cool character and one that is pretty iconic for Overwatch. D.Va Bunny! D.Va was one of the first characters I really started playing. She is a tank so that of course would be a direction I would normally go, and her ultimate is really fun. I actually liked it better when she could end up killing herself with it (I thought it was funny, I died, a lot) because it took more skill to get that ultimate in there without dying. She is probably one of my all time favorite characters because she is relatable as a gamer! Bastion is my boyfriends favorite character, he also has the cutest little voice line noise in Beeple, I would make that noise at my boyfriend until he would make Bastion make it all the time while we were playing. When I was thinking about making him I was like "What can I do?" thinking about symbols or Ganymede and realized the gamer gloves were the perfect shape for making his head instead! Symmetra is one of the other characters I was playing a lot while I was trying to find the one. I thought the turret killing was pretty funny, if your not on the receiving end on it at least. So for her it had to be the turrets! You just have to be careful and luckily these gloves have friendly turrets on them XD. My favorite of the Overwatch inspired gaming gloves that I've made so far, is for one of my least favorite characters! I can't decide if I hate Junkrat or Mei the most but they are both up there. Junkrat is a crazy character and I feel like I captured that in these gloves. He also has a lot of fun colors (I've been liking yellow more and more, and with black it looks great, it has such nice contrast).
I am really happy with them so far, I plan to do more, it is just figuring out how I will make the different shapes. I am excited to have made gloves that are related to so many fun and unique characters. I also love that Overwatch is such a colorful game, it makes a very fun set of colors to work! The button goes to the Etsy listing for these gamer gloves for those interested in them! I haven't been a big fan of scaling in World of Warcraft, especially the scaling with item level. If I get some good gear I want to feel like a badass and just mow through mobs. I think a big part of it that I don't like is the mobs scaling, I like that in Guild Wars 2 my character scales. It also kind of makes more sense to me that my character would scale vs. the mobs scaling. I feel like a big piece of that is that the games are different. With Guild Wars 2 everybody has a bunch of damage abilities even if you build support or bunker, but in World of Warcraft that isn't the same, with a healer you have just a couple of damage spells, and with a tank you have damage spells but you don't do a lot of damage, and I know you can change specs pretty easily but if you don't have fun as DPS why would you want to do that? The scaling just doesn't feel good in World of Warcraft, when I go through things in Guild Wars 2 even scaled down I am still more powerful and I like that. I have nice gear and I want to feel powerful everywhere because of that. I guess it feels like I am being penalized in WoW verses feeling rewarded. I was kind of on the fence about how I would feel about scaling in WoW before but seeing it in the game I just really don't like it and since it doesn't scale my character I still get beat up by people much higher level than me. I hope that one they don't make it so you continue to scale this way with the next expansion and that you don't have to continue doing the raids/dungeons with people because of the scaling. One of my favorite things to do is solo old raids, and not being able to do that once Legion get old enough would feel like a really big punishment. I really do hope they change the system and definitely make it so it does not scale with item level. I don't know very many people who were excited about that, I mean let us feel like badasses when we have awesome gear!! And definitely if World of Warcraft does continue to do scaling, scale the characters instead of the mobs, this would also help with people who are griefing in low level zones! Just please make it so it doesn't feel like such a punishment!
I'm not actually sure why skinning isn't in the game. We have leather so I feel like it would have made sense for the skinning to be a thing but I suppose with the way armor drops it could end up being way too much leather. They would have to adjust the ratio of that if they did ever add skinning. I wouldn't mind if the ratio was adjusted and you could skin creatures and in the place of the leather armor, you would get more cloth armor (especially at lower levels). Skinning is kind of a yucky thing seeing as you are taking somethings skin but that is how leather is made, so at the moment it feels kind of awkward that we don't have it. Cloth is one of those things that is harder to get, but also something you need a lot of. You can have wood and ore coming out of your ears but then can very easily be lacking in cloth, especially lower level cloth. It could be cool if you were able to gather cloth more consistently from people wearing cloth armor, or even things like cotton trees could be really cool, maybe you could even have sheep to shear for wool, there being a flax garden for linen, and a mix of plants for jute ect... A lot of the cloth types come from plants and the ones that don't come from animals, which could be at little farms around Tyria, or things similar to that. Being able to have a place to gather these thing more frequently would be really nice, and would take a lot of the dread out of farming them. I would love to have little farms that I could go and gather these things, they could be just like the little patches of strawberries, potatos, cauliflower, ect... I think for for cloth this could definitely be a nice way to balance out how much you get compared to wood/ore. I hope they make some changes like this because it would be really nice for the people who play the game!
I love history so I think the concept of Archeology is really cool, in practice it has become a little be daunting though. Now I know being able to dig up artifacts from father away doesn't make a lot of sense but we have shoulders made or lava/fire, and celestial horses and so on and so forth, so I don't feel like it has to make a lot of sense. We have magic. With that said an increased range on digging up artifacts would be really nice. Not having to be as close to that actual mark could speed up the process, or even having you receive more artifacts in one dig. Instead of only completing one bar of the excavation you could complete two at a time once you hit a certain level in Archeology. It wouldn't be one of those things you were given right off the bat you would have to work for it, at higher levels you should be more proficient in Archeology and have a better archeological sense of where hidden artifacts should be. The digs could even reward more of the items that give you a boost to making a complete item. There are a lot of different things that could be done with this to make there be a boost to Archeology and to have it be less of a time sink. I know World of Warcraft is a time sink kind of game but that doesn't end up being very fun, and a lot of people will leave because they don't want to do all of that grinding. With so many other games changing the model of the normal grinding there are lots of other places to go, and I think that moving away from the immense time since method into a new more fun way of doing these things is a good idea. There are 6 expansions worth of content to go through plus the original game. That is a lot to do already, and can feel a bit overwhelming alone, so making some changes to the professions especially one so heavily based on RNG would be a really good idea. Plus having another reason to level Archeology is always nice!
